Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations: - Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled delivery time will incur no cancellation fee 
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time may incur a cancellation fee 
 
- Changes to Your Order: - Modifications: You may request changes to your order (e.g., rental duration, equipment type) up to 24 hours before the delivery date, subject to availability. 
- Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the original delivery date may incur a rescheduling fee. 
 
Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Refunds are processed under the following conditions: - Equipment was not delivered due to an error on Ecoquipment’s part. 
- Equipment was delivered in non-working condition and a replacement could not be provided. 
 
- Non-Refundable Situations: - Late cancellations or cancellations made outside the stated cancellation policy. 
- Issues arising from customer misuse or negligence. 
 
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
